Comment ldcty[12] array from kpegrend() to remove last of set-but-unused warnings. I don't see any reason to leave this alone.

a.m32 light hotkeys: clamp hitag (range) to 0..32767 instead of 0..16000

- Format CON crash output in VM_ScriptInfo() much more nicely.
- Execute VM_ScriptInfo() when DNDEBUG is used.
