Silence unused variable warnings in `DLOG` macros
On FreeBSD and OpenBSD use `pthread_get_name_np` spelling instead of `pthread_getname_np`
Annoyingly, these functions are spelt differently on different OSes.
Use strerror_r() on FreeBSD and OpenBSD
strerror_r has been available since FreeBSD 4.4 and OpenBSD 3.3 (both many years ago).
Fix -Wundef warning: check that _POSIX_C_SOURCE is defined before checking it
Fix possibly lossy truncation from uint64_t/long to unsigned
Use getthrid() on OpenBSD for fallback thread global thread id
This fixes a compiler error on that platform, because of the nearby assumption that pthread_t is an integer type, when it is in fact a pointer on OpenBSD (and macOS).
add a handful of fixes from upstream
add ABORT_IF_F macro
fix issue with the D(V)LOG_IF_F macros being improperly defined
We weren't using these anywhere so this went unnoticed until now. For some reason this being wrong only generated an error under MSVC.
Windows support for signal handler stuff
disable stacktraces on non-Windows if not using glibc
#include <share.h> so this builds with MinGW again
use _fsopen() instead of fopen_s() so we can permit viewing eduke32.log read-only in other applications while the game is running on Windows
no exceptions
EDuke32-specific modifications
